DSS,vlc,playlist

1.can create vlc playlist as .m3u,html etc
2.vlc can take .m3u as arg
3.playlist can repeat , --repeat
4.DSS and vlc can create sdp at /usr/local/movies
5.dss has default streamer
6.vlc can be used as streamer for DSS
7.remote systems will search for sdp in /usr/local/movies in case of vlc and default streamer
8.vlc can additionally transcode on fly for mobile
9.use http://file2hd.com for mp4 download, needs to be in same tab
